Inclusively Bitwise Industries Swag

Objective: Create a sweatshirt design using the inclusivity colors the show off bitwise in a big way.

Complications: Design one meet all the requirements how ever once the creative board saw the designs they decided the change the direction of the project. Instead of using the inclusivity colors they wanted the bitwise blues to be used on the same design. Design two illustrates the design after the changes in color. Design three illustrated the mock-up of the final project.

Shroom Shine Bottle Label

Objective: Create a label for an imaginary drink. Use Photoshop to realistic place that label on a bottle.

Programs used: Illustrator, Photoshop

Design Concept: I create the Shroom Shine logo to be for a drink with a high alcohol content that is also laced with Psilocybin mushroom (magic mushroom). The use of bright colors and an artistic mushroom design is intended to give a psychedelic feel to the label. The label also contains groovy style fonts to increase the psychedelic mood. The high alcohol content, label lay out, and paper texture label was designed to resemble moonshine labels. I choose to place the label on a mason jar rather then a traditional bottle to continue the moon shine theme.

ContemPlate T-Shirt Design 1

Objective: Create t-shirt design using the ContemPlate logo and Icon.

Programs used: Illustrator, Photoshop

Design Concept: I chose to go with a simple design using the ContemPlate branding colors as inspiration. The paint stroke surrounded main logo is displayed largely on the font of the shirt. The icon is displayed on the bottom left side of the back to look like a brand logo

ContemPlate Tumbler Design 1

Objective: Create a tumbler design using the ContemPlate logo and branding.

Programs used: Illustrator, Photoshop

Design concept: I chose to make a simple design for the tumbler highlighting the ContemPlate logo. Using the branding pallet for ContemPlate I created and rough paintbrush stroke frame around the logo. The tumbler back ground color was chosen to complement all the colors in the logo frame.

Contem Plate T-Shirt Design 2

Objective: Create a ContemPlate branded t-shirt that customers of the eatery would want to wear on a every day basis. It must include either the logo or the icon, but does not need to me within branding guide lines.

Programs used: Illustrator, Photoshop

Design concept: For this t-shirt design I took inspiration from the cover of the graphic novel “Watchmen”. Using the iconic banded text I created both a black and a yellow version of the t-shirt. I chose to use the ContemPlate yellow rather then the bight yellow seen on the novel cover to bring the design closer to the branding guide lines and to tone down the brightness making the yellow shirt more appealing for everyday use.

ContemPlate Tumbler 2

Objective: Create a ContemPlate branded tumbler that customers of the eatery would want to use on a every day basis. It does not need to contain the logo or be brand guide compliant. However, it must contain the name ContemPlate in the design.

Programs used: Illustrator, Photoshop

Design concept: I wanted to use hexagons as part of the design as a reference to the Hive, a building owned by Bitwise Industries the owners of ContemPlate. I used a variety of hexagons in different colors and textures and fill and outlined to create in interesting modern design that anyone would like on their tumbler. The font for ContemPlate was chosen to complement the modern quirky design.

Objective: Create a ContemPlate branded t-shirt that customers of the eatery would want to wear on a every day basis. It must include either the logo or the icon, but does not need to me within branding guide lines.

Design Concept: I was inspired by melted crayon art and the animated object trend of making character by adding eyes mouth and stick arms and legs on an object. The melting rain is done in rainbow colors in support of LGBTQI+ customers of ContemPlate. The animated cup is done in an illustration style with Contemplate written on the heat sleeve like a customer name in a coffee shop. The Icon is place on the chest pocket with the color matching the umbrella.

ContemPlate Tumbler Design 3

Objective: Create a ContemPlate branded tumbler that customers of the eatery would want to use on a every day basis. It does not need to contain the logo or be brand guide compliant. However, it must contain the name ContemPlate in the design.

Programs used: Illustrator, Photoshop

Design concept: I wanted to create a feminine tumbler cut that could be something that tumbler collectors might value. The flower is done in illustration style to create a whimsical feminine feel. The colors chosen for the flower are from the ContemPlate brand guide color pallet.
